  • 14-day returns on unopened, unused and sealed products in their original packaging.
  • Hygiene exception: opened or used fragrances and cosmetics can't be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or the wrong item.
  • Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval: to your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; through Tabby for Tabby orders; and by bank transfer or store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.
  • Return shipping: the customer pays for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for faulty, damaged or wrong items.
